Members of the European research project that proposes to establish the methodological bases for the virtual recreation of buildings of the past.

Made up of a consortium of universities (Porto, Mainz, Bologna, Warsaw and UAB) together with the IGDS center and La Tempesta as the only company, the CoVHer (Computer-based Visualization of Architectural Cultural Heritage) project aims to become the main reference framework at European level for virtual recreation and reconstruction of lost architectural heritage.

In collaboration with several European universities, La Tempesta provides expertise in 3D visualization and dissemination formats.

Results obtained:

  • Preparation of a glossary of terms related to virtual recreation processes with HBIM methodology.
  • Publication of two books (theory and case studies).
  • Production of a free online course open to everyone.
  • Establishment of common bases of good practices approved throughout Europe.
