This project aims to implement an advanced technological solution, in the form of an accessible conversational bot, to significantly improve the accessibility and experience of visitors in tourist spaces.
The bot incorporates artificial intelligence (NLU/NLG), image recognition, speech synthesis and machine translation technologies, offering personalized information, tourist recommendations and accessible assistance in real time.
With this initiative, TEMPESTA promotes digitalisation, sustainability and inclusion in the tourism sector, aligning itself with Component 14 of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR) of the Government of Spain.
